Just go to the npc in phonex and mark on the gem which you want to exchange and press remove then put the new gem if you will put and press socket a gem .

Yes. You can go to the guy in PC, near the WH, and you can destroy the old gem and place a new one in.

u can do it ..there is a NPC in Phonex castle where u can remove ur old gem which will be removed completely and u wont be able to get it back to use later
