i think that are a lot of ways to get dbs such as leveling acc to 110 , hunting and moonbox quest but the fastest way is"if u have a lvl 130 archer is to lvl waters tell 110 to get dbs and get them rb to get super gems but i u have a low lvl archer hunting is the best way and is u have a tro or worrior moonbox is the fastest way" n.b if u have a powerfull char with 2 soc items and high guild beast and guild war is the best

The easiest way and 100% giving DB is to lvl up accounts to lvl 110 and get DB from their lvl 110 promotion. The other way is to kill the Guild Beast, not sure though if it's easier than lvling an account to lvl 110 =) 1 more way is to find and kill DB Devil which spawns in Adventure Islands once per day and has high attack...
