130 to 130 is the best bec. u get high points every lvl gained more increase your attribute points so 130 to 130 is better than (130 to 120 or 120 to 130 ) and 137 to 137 is better than all bec. every lvl gained increase your points which increase your healt mana and strenght

Just Different In Points Which u get Eventually , Ofc 130-130 u will get More Points

when you reborn at level 130 ... or high level .. you`ll get bonus atributes points that means you`ll get more HP !

130 - 130 Is the best. You will get more Attribute Points. (More HP, Mana, Strength). Going 120 - 120 / 130 - 120/ Anything like that is a waste because you cannot change it once you are reborn.

Reborning at lvl 120 you are getting only 30 attribute points: 10 of them will be automatically located and 20 you can put the way you want. Getting rb at lvl 130 you are getting these 30 points plus 55 points for rbrning at high lvl. If you will get 1st rb at 120 and 2nd rb at 130 you will get your 30 points plus 55 from the 2nd rb... But if you are getting 1st rb at 130, you will already have such amount of atribute points being 1st reborn only.
So, it's for sure that going rb 130>130>130 is the best way. You will get all the attribute points possible, will be able o put them into vitality (which adds HP), spirit (and you'll be able to use magic on non-tao account) or strenth (which will let you wield melee weapons if you are non-melee class).

The difference will be in attribute points and the only way to go is 130 130 130 or above (131-137) because you get major boost from thos points at lower levels
