your three best options are in this order:

FIRE-> FIRE -> FIRE
You don't have to buy any new equips, killer magic attack, you won't have to work hard at all to get your skills fixed again. and hit points around 10-11k.

FIRE-> WATER -> FIRE
You don't have to buy any new equips, good magic attack, great team/GW character. Invisibility- healing rain- tornado rocks in guild war.

FIRE ->WARRIOR -> FIRE
You don't have to buy too many new equips (warrior is cheap), faster 2nd rebirth (warr lvls quick), better defense, and of course reflect.

You can do whatever you like, but Fire is a better 2nd reborn char than it is a first so you'll want to consider being a fire when you 2nd RB

Fire-War-Fire(to get reflect)
Fire-Ninja-Fire(to get toxic fog)

fire-fire-fire for dodge

IMHO: The best way for Fire will be Fire > Warrior > Fire because of reflect and fast lvling as Warrior. If you didn't like playing as Fire, you can also try Fire > Warrior > Water (great for PK and Revive plus reflect, lvling up faster as a Warrior and Water, you will have Superman as Water =)) or Fire > Warrior > Ninja for Toxic Fog, Reflect etc.
