i got a problem i dint do anything like try and sell my account or stuff and i have an understanding that u have to go to bot jail at least 3times to get banned its in there official rule but i haven't done anything like that my other 2 accounts got banned to. it makes me sad i worked really hard with my accounts for them to get banned and i don't even now y wen i haven't done anything wrong? is there a way to get unbanned

There are many possibles why you got banned one is you do db fraud,2nd you use cheats,3rd you insulted the GM (i seen this happen 2 years ago on my cousins account),4rth YOU hacked someones account.!

I am sorry about your loss. The only thing you can do now is trying to talk to Online Help Desk. Contact them and explane your problem. It's better not to start like "I didn't do anythign bla-bla-bla", just ask them if your account is banned or you are just having some problems with your client. If you are banned, ask them what was the reason for your banning. They are never listening to our complaints like "I didn't do that" and they don't believe it... So, stay calmed talking to TQ Team and ask if there is a way to get unbanned, what should you do... You are saying that you have all your accounts banned... Sounds like "Ban by IP" which means you won't be able to create new account and play without possibility of getting banned again... Really, talk to online help desk and find out the reasons...
