Club 2 SDG will be much better. You will get rage every now and then, higher Battle Power (which means higher hits to mobs and more exp from killing mobs), 2 SDGs are giving you 30% higher attack.
If you will compare Rage (Club skill) with Snow (Wand skill) at http://co.91.com/guide/skills/m_weaponsk.shtml, you will see that there's almost no difference:
Snow for Wand: Range - 3, Distance - 9, Chance to happen - 45%, Damage - 145% from weapon damage.
Rage for Club: Range - 2, Distance - 9, Chance to happen - 45%, Damage - 145% from weapon damage.
So, in your case, Club will be definately better!
