If you are 2nd RB then you can acquire a skill called "lucky time" which lets you gain luck or if not then you can always sit in other people lucky time.

stay on lucky time for 4 hours and youll get really lucky with everything XD(except for pvp unless you have reflect)

Sometimes it seems to me that the account luck is set up when you have just created it =) It's either you are lucky in CO or not =)
However, there are ways to get yourself "more Lucky":
1) Gather lucky time from other people (or from yourself, if you have 2nd rb account) before hunting and lvling - you will have higher chances to get nice items as a drop etc.
2) Hunt every day and a lot and within 5k kills you will get some nice items =) Or you can try making and opening Moon Boxes if you have a trojan for it.
3) Be nice with people in game, help others, don't use offensive words in your speach, try speak good english with english-speaking players, don't be annoying... Be more cheerfull, always ready to help and people will like you =) One day you can meet some nice player who will help you just because you are nice =) You know, life behaves like a mirror: the more good stuff you do, the more good stuff will be returned to you =)
