Pretty much.. you just have to know how to play the right way.. if you pick a time when not alot of people are in the area your training in it goes alot faster.. with the added talisman's leveling is easier.. your allowed to battle tougher monsters .. my advice if you want to rb fast be a warrior and get a good wand.. after you hit 100 get decent talis and exp pots and go to mystic castle and kill the highest monsters that give most damage and wait for sm :) have a good day and hope you get rb soon

there are many ways to get high lvl so easily like do city captain quest 3 times a day or buy some xpballs,do use XpPotion when plvling, plvl some low lvls to get vps (can be exchange to 1 xp ball per 8k vp i think?),Or if you have high lvl account and dont use it anymore drain the xp,Enlighten,plvl with your spouse,Do dis city quest,Get task in job center,make socs in you gears and put super rainbow gem on them ( 25% xp),Or use Heaven blessing,and do event quest sometimes they give xp or cool prices,Or help unknown man in MARKET,make some apprentice, and most importantly always get online and not just get online like your just standing in market or what ever always get online and plvl always your self

In CO,there are 2 types of people.The ones that bulk(buy DBs online) and the ones who play the game without bulking.The ones bulking have better gears which lets them lvl faster than other people,that's people lvl fast.If you still need help then go to the tips page on CO.

If you are playing for 3 years already, you should know how hard it was to lvl up in the "ancient" times. Nowadays you can get rb in 1 day if you want to rb at lvl 120 and like 1 month or a bit less if you want to rb at lvl 130... Now everything depends on which class you want to play, which lvl you are atm and which gears you do have. But, let's say, you are starting from the beginning.
Lvl 1-40 you can easily kill peasants around TC and do your Monster Hunter quest (http://co.91.com/guide/quests/monsterhunter.shtml). After that you can take a slight break and start mining to finish "Searching for General Cai" quest (http://co.91.com/guide/quests/coachli.shtml) - you will need euxenite ores and this quest can bring you up to lvl 40 (at least it was like that 3 years ago =)). However, you can choose the easiest way and get plvled straight from lvl 1 up to lvl 70 in BI.
Lvl 40-70, as I mentioned above, you can get plvled at BI by any strong account (preferably archer). The other easy way is to ask 5 people per day to enlighten you (some can do it for free, some will ask payment) or enlighten your newb by your higher lvled accounts. While you are below lvl 60, each enlightment will bring you 1 lvl and 100 minutes of enlightment will help to lvl you up as well. Next way is to start your Bonus Equipment quests (http://co.91.com/guide/quests/defense.shtml) - first quests are easy, bringing good enough gears and lots of exp.
Lvl 70 up to 100 you can continue with Bonus Equipment quests or start your daily Monster Hunter quests. Don't forget about TG and normal slaying white named mobs, as we all did 3-2 years ago =) Try to collect as much money as you can by lvl 100 and at lvl 100 buy Talismans.

well , just play and play , you can level up fast by playing much and you can do every city capitan quests , do job center quests , playing more and more , have blessing to have double exp and offline TG and you can buy exp balls .
i`m sure that you will have fast leveling up and and reborn in level 110 if you are a taoist or 120 if you are anther class .

the thing is that all other players used BOT which allows there character to auto over night [thinking that they r all that when they reached 130],but i usually killed those who autos, the thing is that they auto at a certain place where nobody go, but i tend to go everywhere to look for hackers/but there's some peoples who try there hardest to lvl
