Hm, your question is not clear... If you mean "How to get lots of money", you can always follow one of the ways I am describing here http://co.91.com/content/2009-05-12/20090512001255797.shtml. If you meant "How to get DBs without buying them from web" etc, there are many quests, which have DB as a posible reward, but you have to be lucky. The only 100% giving DB quest is killing the Guild Beast. Or you can start lvling accounts up to lvl 110, making moon boxes and getting DBs from the accounts lvl 110 promotion. This way is time consuming, but also gives you DB 100%. There are the quests from which you can get DBs:
1) Snake Island quest
2) Ancient Devil
3) Treasure Labyrinth (from the Ancestor Box)
4) Guild Beast (which I named above)
5) Killing DB Devil (in Adventure Zone)
6) Blue Mouse has a very low possibility to give you DB as a reward
But in all these quests you have to be very lucky to get a DB... One more way to get it is to help people here in Q&A, answer honestly, giving really usefull advice and with the flow of time you will have enough Points to get TQ Point Card from the Shell Center.
My last guess is that your question was "How to get pluses" etc. Just hunt as much as you can and you will get plus 1 items (either those which you can use, of the ones which you can sell and then buy the ones you need). Choose one your way of making money from the guides above, collect money and buy the plus items you need. Last thing is: get DB from your promotion at lvl 110 (for example) and try Lottery. If you are lucky, you can win plus stones or even plus 8 elite item.

u first make high archer 120 or 130 and go met zone thers alote met ther make met scroll and change it with dbz ,and plvl waters will help too so much

but if u need money u can get an archer lvl 120 or 130 and go bird island and kill the bird men it would help u alot

Well it has been mentioned before by Raton, but this one works too the squamas or killyns in the game if u have a lot of lucky and and hit one you will get 1,000 silver 10,000 silver a met or a db. and the blue mouse if you get all 3 royal treasures.
Also you get 1 dragon ball for making level 110 promotion. or go to the 7-eleven and buy a 15 dollar card.
