In the Offline Training Grounds, there is an NPC called the VIPShopKeeper. He sells Super Thunder/Glory gems for 2775 CP's each. If you have silver instead of CP's, buy refined thunders/glory's in market. I don't know what the go for on your server, but on mine they average 9-10 mil each. You need 15 of them, and 1 mil to compose them. Then go to JewellerLeu in market (240,255) near Shelby. He will compose your 15 refined gems into a super.

15 normal Thunder/Glory gems can be exchanged for 1 Refined Thunder/Glory gem. 15 Refined Thunder/Glory gems can be exchanged for 1 Super Thunder/Glory gem.
You can also buy Super Thunder/Glory gem for 2500 CPs or something after ur back from an offline training in the shop there.
My suggestion is that u should buy 15 normal Thunder/Glory gems for 5-6 cps each and get 1 Refined gem= 75-90 CPs.
Now u can do the same 15 times (15 normal for 1 refined) till u get 1 Super gem for ur talismans :)
