Depends on the quality of the armor. If it is soc super 5 or better, you would probably have better luck in market than in TC. I always use TC to up my gear tho. I have had a few armor upgrades take more than it would have cost in market, but not many. If your armor is super, as everyone else said, it would be 61 mets for a definite upgrade in Market.

First of all, the Quality of your item plays a large roll. If the item is super, It will take 55 meteors to up your Armor. If it is Elite it will take around 20-30 Meteors.

Well you should sit in luckytime then try your luck in tc, it will most likely cost a lot less then in market but the chance of failure is high in tc,but there you have a chance to get a socket into it or even up its quality while repairing it.Well the choice is yours, certain 61 mets vs maybe a lot of mets but a chance for some extra that could make it worth for you .
