When lotto came out, they nerfed (lowered) the 1 drop rates because of the influx of stones in the game. When they put stones in the shopping mall, the nerfed it again. Same with the socket rate. Mets almost never give sockets anymore, and why should they? You can buy a socket now for 12 dbs.
