With all portals you may have difficulty using them just try walking over it or jumping into it that helps. If not relog and try again.

sometimes if some1 attack u or monster attack u, there's problems u cannot jump inside portal. Just jump out of the screen and come back again, should be ok

Ahh, the age old problem of internet lag, easilly solved.

The answers above are good, also, if that doesnt work for you, then you may wish to relog, and if that still does not work, there may be some cookies delaying the transffer of information. Simply clean your cookies, via windows explorer cleanup, or get a program that can do it for you with a click, if you need help finding a program like that, email me at yellomatrixfox@hotmail.com and i can show you the site for the program. (i would put it in here but i do not want to be reported for advertising)

Finally, if that does not work, there may be a conflict between the CO server and the firewall/router youre using. If that is the case your best bet is to ask support for assistance on wht ports to "foreward" in your firewall/router(forewarding ports means opening them up, but BEWARE THIS CAN POSE A SECURITY RISK FOR HACKERS).
