1- if you aren't reborn you can't optain all skills just you can have toxic fog , fatal stike , 2 folded blades and vortex after first and second you can have all skills hope to help you

there are some skills you take when you are first reborn, and there is another skill you can't take it until you be 2nd Reborn, but you must be ninja ninja ninja

u probably arent a ninja or u didnt reach the require lvl of the skill or just cant have that skill if u are not reborn. u can learn the skill poison star at the life of ninja-ninja and u can learn the skill counter-atack if u are ninja-ninja-ninja! good luck ,hoped i helped

make ur charcher 1st rb and u will learn the first skill and if u reach to the 2nd rb u will learn the 2nd skill

You can only attain ninja skills if your pure ninja that is you must be ninja->ninja->ninja
If you reborn as another class you will not get them
