the best way to get dbs is from the lvl 110 promotion, blue mouse quest also gives good amounts of meteors if you use moon, violet or fury gems and even has chance to give db (extremely rare). If you are feeling lucky you could also try lady luck for 27 cps. I have also gotten a few dbs from creatures, one from maquees, one from sand monsters, one from hawk kings and one from red devils

u can go db devil hunting or do snake king quest
db devil is a monster that spawns once a day on the adventure isles and drops a db u just w8 there and kill it when u see it out and then just log out and tomorrow u w8 again and kill if u do kill it bring a noob to where ur at and trade the db to it and suicide twice to leave without dropping the db

To find dragon balls, you must be very lucky but there are quests to find them but even then they are very rare to get.

If you go out to hunt, always get 2 hours of lucky time. The best is to make an archer who can 1 hit scatter mini macs in ape city 2 map. They have a higher drop rate of dragon balls, meteors and good items.

Quests are also unlikely to get dragon balls from but it is possible here are some quests you can get dragon balls from even though it doesn't say you can get them it is possible.
-Ancient Devil quest
-Snake Array
-Blue mouse
-labyrinth diamond
-finding the dragon ball devil (not a quest)
-110 promotion getting a dragon ball
-Reborn then get a super gem to sell for dragon balls

Also you can make moon boxes and sell them for however they are on your server. Celestial stones are great too. Think of items that sell high and try to make them. Not like weapons or gears unless you really want to.

3. Hunting good for (Stuff to sell enable to purchase db from market, I give up db dropps from mob since they adjusted too much on chances getting it)
4. Blue mouse (Make a metscroll to sell)
5. Snakeking (Somewhere in BI, I dont know if that dude still generous to drop it lol)
6.Devil in adventure island (Drops DB but surely someone post a high level acct to wait for spawn lol)
7. Buy and sell
8. PK the one who got the drops (thats not nice but if desperate u can give a shot. lol)
9. Do some event that includes DB prize (Check events sometime, CO sometimes generous to mix it with crappy prizes)
10. Lots more ways to get it beside these if someone can give more details beside mine.

All monsters have equal chance to drop DB. Only way to increase is to use Lucky Time or be 2nd rb. Otherwise you need to do one of the special quests or events.
