its possible and has happened before but no, generally you aren't supposed to get one, I have also seen a guard drop gold but again I don't think they are supposed to...

Yes, Guard2 may drop a Meteor, if you're lucky.

it is hard to get metore from guard 2,if u want metore just kill any monster and u will find it
